WEARABLE TECHNOLOGIES
Research project into smart wearables
The objective of this project was to research the ins and outs of smart textiles and wearable technologies, during a semester project in the Bachelor of Creative Technologies.
In order to incorporate electric circuits in garment constructions I worked with Arduino microcontrollers, Lilypad and neopixels. This coat illustrates the first prototype of a garment with a combination of sensors and actuators seamlessly integrated in the construction of the garment.
