Internship Damien Ravn (Antwerp, Belgium)

During a 6-month hands-on internship at DAMIEN RAVN in Antwerp, we developed a small capsule collection in collaboration with Studio Corkhino. We worked with a recycled cotton-wool blend where indigo meets wool in a beautiful dark twill weave by Berto. It resulted in a selection of garments with intricate constructions, smooth curved cutlines and dark-light contrasts.

Multi-disciplinary design studio Corkhino designed a shoulder-shaped clothes hanger from recycled cork, which was used to present the collection at the Amsterdam Denim Days.
